Cofarco SAS is registered in France with the Organisme pour le Registre des Intermédiaires en Assurance (“ORIAS” – Organisation for the Register of Insurance Intermediaries) and is regulated by the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (“ACPR” – Insurance and Bank Control Authority), 4 place de Budapest, 75346 Paris Cedex 09.
Our ORIAS registration number is 09 050 432 and our permitted activities include assisting in the arrangement and administration of general insurance contracts as well as the collection of insurance premium. As an independent company, we are not contractually obliged to conduct insurance mediation with either a single insurer or a limited range of insurers. No insurer has a financial interest in the Company or any shares in the Company, and the Company does not own any shares or other interest in any insurer.

Cofarco SAS is registered with Lloyd’s of London as an accredited intermediary under pseudonym/business number COF/1718.
The only way for an Insured to access Insurers operating within the Lloyd’s market is via an approved intermediary such as ourselves.

In the European Union, Cofarco SAS conducts business under EU-originated Directive 2009/138/EC, authorising us to operate in compliance with the regulatory authorities of each member country under the EU Free Provision of Services.
